Backpackers Inside, Seoul

This is the bus that we took to seoul downtown according to the instruction from Min.
The bus driver was so friendly, he remind us when we reach our destination.

It is not hard to find the inside guest house.
It is just around 5 minutes walk from the bus stop.
We ask around and they are friendly to show us the way to the guesthouse.
Our 1st mission for this time backpack trip was to check in to the guesthouse that we book.
May be I shouldn't said it as backpack trip because we didn't bring backpack for the trip.
This is only a budget trip for us.
We have to bring all the winter wear although it was only late autumn that time.
The weather was cold especially at night which will reach -Celsius.

There is no key at here. We just need to memorize the past word for the door.
Min is the owner of this guesthouse. He is friendly.

We need to pay for the rest of the payment for the stay when we check in.
After that, we need to get to the inside home which located not far away from inside backpacker.

There is a kitchen in the room.
This is a room that can accommodate 4 people.
Min explain to us how to use the heating system and the door system.

After that, he give us some explanation about the public transport around the guest house.
He also give us some information about the tourist spot.
Beside that, he gave us some information of the place to visit.

The room was not big, but it have everything inside the room.
The most important is, there was a computer with internet service in the room.
A fridge, television , microwave, and washing machine with washing powder is provided too.
I like this place so much. It is a very warm and nice place to stay in with reasonable price.
It is only 5 minutes to the bus stop and 10 minutes from subway.

The night is still young and we were hungry.
We walked around that area looking for our dinner and supper.

   

Incheon International Airport

We arrived at South Korea at around 9pm at night after a long journey on flight.
This is the largest airport in South Korea and it have been rated as the best airport in the world since 2005.
We didn't spend much time to walk around the airport because we have to catch the last bus to Seoul downtown.

There were lots of this beautiful and nice advertisement along the walkway .
We took times to walk out from the airport because it is too big.


All of us were waiting for the shuttle train to go to the baggage claim.
We took the next turn of the shuttle which is around 5 minutes later.

Nothing more, we go for baggage claim and the rush for the last bus.
We follow the instruction given by Min (the guest house's owner).
It was easy and the instruction was clear.
The trip to the bus stop near by inside guesthouse was 9000 won.

Flying to South Korea, 13 Nov 2010

A trip to south korea due to the cheap flight.
We spend around RM300 for flight (return).
Heading to LCCT on 13 Nov 2010 at 150pm.

Wonder what's the different between Airasia and Airasia X.
not much different actually.

Staying in the plane for more than 5 hours, nothing much we can do except for sleep.
We reach Incheon at 915p, and it take some time for us to go to the guest house that we booked.

Christmas @ Midvalley

Last Sunday was my family day,
It was boxing day and my parent pay a visit to KL for shopping.
We decided to went to mid valley for shopping.
It have been a long time I didn't went  shopping.
In order to spend less.
I like the Christmas decoration in most of the shopping mall.

Last day @ Bandung, Flight cancellation

Back to the normal day that I am too lazy,
let's continue to the last day of the Bandung trip,
The very unexpected things happen on this day,
our flight was canceled.
And we have to find some other solution to back to Malaysia.
The morning, the receptionist in the hotel told us that the airport was operate as normal
because those guest from malaysia had checked out.
So, we went shopping as normal at the nearby factory outlet and wait for 3pm.
But, we meet some others in the Rumah Mode,
They told us that the flight was canceled and Airasia changed their flight to the next day.
So, we rush back to the hotel and make a call to the Airasia.
As usual, they put us on hold. We need to wait for the long long and lastly the problem was not settle.
Then, two of us rush to the airport to get to the counter,
I can't remember how was the airport look like but I just remember that is very small.
The check in point was just in front of the airport.
Luckily, they change our flight to the next day as I said I wan it to be as soon as possible.
But we have to transfer to the Jakarta for our flight.
We decided to take the earliest flight on the day,
So, we went to Jakarta at night around 10pm.
According to them, we need 4 hours to reach Jakarta from Bandung.
But we reach there earlier than that.
This is the first time I slept and wait in the airport.

Before we went to the airport, we went for shopping at the shopping mall.
Buying some foods, bread, drinks and candy.
After that, we went for our dinner at a stick house nearby.
This is how we spend most of the time for waiting.

There was a piana at the center of the restaurant.

I have eat too much for the day. So I only get myself a hot lemon tea.This is the lemon tea. Hot tea with a slice of lemon.

The food was almost the same as the previous two restaurant.

The only different is the environment, where one is in a jungle, one is on the hill and this one was western style.
This is the only time I felt that the time past super slow during the whole trip.

This was the end of my very special family trip. 

The first time I went oversea with both of my parent and also the 1st time overnight at airport.

I think this will be the last post about the Bandung, Indonesia.

What will be the next?

Merry Christmas

2010 Christmas, let's have some christmas feeling. 

Usually the shopping mall was decorated with lots of beautiful decoration.

And each year I will went to the different mall to have a look at it. 

This year, I am too busy, too tired and too lazy. 

May be I am getting older each year. 

I am not energetic to walk around. 

May be I wan to save more money, 

So I have to cut down all the shopping.
